Longitudinal neuroimaging hippocampal markers for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease
Longitudinal framework for joint hippocampal segmentation and marker extraction from brain MRI at multiple time points. Combines 4D graph cuts with longitudinal atrophy constraints, discriminative appearance modelling (k-NN + filter-bank features), and non-rigid atlas registration (15 atlases, Elastix).
