We have found much improved DTI registration using this software compared to tools which register based solely on scalar images such as FA or B0 images. I think this tool should be a standard method for registering DTI datasets, particularly for voxel-based analyses.

Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments:	I especially liked the online docs for this tool -- they are not only useful for the tool itself, but a well-organized summary of many important processing issues for any DTI analysis.
Other Comments/Similar Tools:	DTI-TK requires you have processed your data with another tool; I used FSL and found this worked well.
