Fix written result files datatype. |
| Detailed description |
The script as currently
written relies on the input mask to define the characteristics of
the results files. If this mask is of an integer datatype the
floating point results get truncated when written and the result
images are all zeros. The attached patch adds a line to
create_imgs.m to force the output datatype to double to insure the
result images are written correctly.
