To Whom it May Concern:
I am hitting a memory problem in trying to run fMRI-CPCA on a
multi-run/multi-subject data set (specs of data set, machine, and
matlab
pasted below). I'm running on an cpca_8.3.02_Feb_2012
Specifically, I
am having an issue with the creation of GC matrices. I
created and
normalized the Z matrix without an issue, and a GZ matrix was
created
for each subject in the GZsegs folder, but the program freezes
while
creating the first or second GC matrix each time I try to run
analyses.
I can't seem to figure out a way to get the program to pick up
where it
left off; i.e., it rewrites the GZ matrices each time I run
analysis,
as opposed to starting with GC. Is there any way to start
with GC, or
are there any other suggestions that you have for addressing the
memory
problem? Thanks very much for your help.
Sincerely,
Steve Wilson
