-u option for 3dwarper is ignored |

When using the new version 2.0
ART package in Linux, the -u option is ignored. The program will
always write the displacement field to the current running
directory location as the input file with _wrp.nii appended. The
fact that this option does not work, makes automation very
difficult and should be fixed ASAP.

Dear Dr. Babak..I am trying to
use ART2 to spatially normailze my structural and functional images
(converted from nifti to analyze format). When I use applywarp3d,
something wacky is happening, such that the output is oriented
somewhere out of the field of view. I have been working to correct
this issue for days now, with limited success. Any advice or
suggestions you could provide would be appreciated..Christine
