Cannot download whole-brain atlas for elderly patients (was able to download the probability masks) is there any way that the whole brain atlas can be accessed?

I am getting the error message: "this site cannot be reached" whenever I try to access any of the data sets. I am using google chrome but I have also tried downloading on internet explorer.

Please will you be more specific about the data you are trying to access and the error you are encountering?  Is this the data: https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=820 ?
