Modify the layout of the resource support page

Detailed description

Dear Nitrc,

In the tool page, we would like to be able to add a support email to the support page WITHOUT suppressing the other possible support resources as wiki and forum. If we chose the option email, all other possibilities are removed.
This is because we need the users to be able to send an email directly if they want, not via an URL.
