SRI24 Atlas: Anatomical Label Maps Posted By: Torsten Rohlfing - Nov 9, 2009Tool/Resource: SRI24 Atlas: Normal Adult Brain Anatomy We are pleased to announce the availability of anatomical label maps for the SRI24 atlas. We currently provide two maps: one based on the "AAL" template by Tzourio-Mazoyer et al., and one based on the "LPBA40" atlas by Shattuck et al. For each label map, a text file with label descriptions and color assignments is provided, which can be used by "3D Slicer" to load appropriate color maps for the labellings. |
