hp and lp
Dear Expert,
I have error when ran 2_funcpreproc.sh
Error in 3dFourier:
Highpass filter is all-pass since cutoff=0.005000 < Fsample=1.000000 / Mfft=120
I have looked insdie 2_funcpreproc.sh and found hp and lp are predefined to 0.1 and 0.005. TR infromation hasn't been used to defind hp and lp.
Anyone else has this probelm?

Xi-Nian,
it seems your message got lost somewhere, but I think you were going to answer that the error above has likely to do with the fact that the scan might not be long enough to include these lowest frequencies...
