spm8 error
Hello,

I have just installed the 2.4 version of the wfu_pickatlas - and I have a problem that I cannot seem to fix.

When I go into my spm8 results, I get the following error:

??? Error using ==> spm_P
Too many output arguments.

Error in ==> wfu_spm_list8 at 341
[P Pn Em En EN] = spm_P(1,k,u,df,STAT,R,n,S);

Error in ==> spm_list at 27
wfu_spm_list8(varargin{1:end});

??? Error using ==> spm_list('List',xSPM,hReg);
Error using ==> spm_P
Too many output arguments.

This error prevents me from accessing the p-values associated with my results.

I have tried installing the newest version 3.0, but in this case, I cannot load the pickatlas into spm8 (there is a try-catch error with matlab).

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Halchuk

RE: spm8 error
Hello Rebecca,
SPM8 Revision 4010 changed the signature for the spm_P function. As SPM also implemented a method for ROI analysis, we have modified the PickAtlas and release PickAtlas 2.5 for use with SPM8 Revision 4010 or better. Please install this version to correct this problem.

Best,
Ben
