Converting MNI standard formats
Hello dear experts!
I have a question regarding the standard MNI formats - I have my data in the 4mm format (45 x 54 x 45) and in Pick atlas the masks created are in 2mm format (91 x 109 x 91), whereras I need them to be compatible. More precisely, I need the mask to be in the 4mm format (so I want to convert from 2mm to 4mm format), does anyone know how to do that? I couldn't manage in Pick atlas (because I cannot define the format I want anywhere in the procedure, but maybe I missed to notice something?), maybe it is possible to convert in SPM? Any ideas are welcome! :)
Thank you in advance!
Regards,
Sonja

RE: Converting MNI standard formats
Hello Sonja,
There are not settings available in the pickatlas to choose the voxel size of your output. If you want the output (or atlases) in 4x4x4, use spm_reslice to your target space.
