The Semantic Web Challenge is a yearly competition among leading developers of semantic technologies to demonstrate pragmatic applications for the Semantic Web (see http://challenge.semanticweb.org/). NCBO's entry into this year's competition presented the Resource Index, our facility within BioPortal that relates the terms of all contributed ontologies to publicly available biomedical data resources (http://bioportal.bioontology.org/resourc...). |
