how to get connectivity values after PPI?
Dear Dr. McLaren,

After getting PPI activation map, I'd like to extract connectivity values between seed region and other regions, and then use these connectivity values in correlation analysis with personality scores. How can I get these connectivity values?

Best regards, Chunliang

The values can be extracted in the same values are extracted for resting
state analysis or after the first level analysis. All you need is a mask of
your region and a program to take the region mask and extract the data from
it. I use custom written code to extract the data and could provide the
files, if you would like. However, the custom code is unsupported.

By the way, I just want to add that rex is a good tool for extraction. I use it frequently. You can also wrap it to loop through all participants and multiple ROIs.
