PPI wrapper template
Dear Dr. McLaren,
My question concerns the automatization of performing a gPPI in several subjects with several VOI.
If understood correctly, it should be able to use a "wrapper" to perform the same PPI analysis (meaning: using one VOI) but in different subjects and to subsequently, change the VOI, for every subject. This would of course speed up lot of things when lots of subjects are available for multiple regions.
However, I could not find a template wrapper to perform this kind of operation.
I did found a link saying it contains a wrapper but it seems to be out of order..
"An example wrapper (looping through subjects and regions) and example input structure (P) can be found at: htp://martinos.org/~mclaren/ftp/Utilities_DGM/example_structure_inputs/"
the prefix of this link has been changed by me or I could not post this on your forum "new user link" rule ;)
Would it be possible to look into this or provide a template for a wrapper?
Many thanks,
Thomas

>>> Yes. This is the point of the
wrapper.
