Minimum number of events to compute contrast
Dear Dr. McLaren,
In the PPI setup, the variable P.Contrasts(1).MinEvents requires the input of minimum number of events to compute the contrast. Just to confirm, if I have 3 events that occur in chronoligical order: Stim. Cue, and Probe, and if I have 2 task conditions, High load and Low load, then my High load > Low load contrast for the Probe event would require a minimum of 3 events. Would this be correct?
Also, what would be the consequences of inputting the wrong number of events?
Thank you for your explanation.
Best,
A.
