Hi,
we are trying to conduct PPI analyses with SPM8 and gPPI and have a few regions of interest. While we defined 2 ROIs with spheres around peak coordinates (this works fine), we have one ROI that is anatomical based (caudate head) as a sphere does not make so much sense here given the anatomical shape. This mask was created using WFU Pickatlas. When we try loading this into gPPI we get an error message (field is empty) and cannot proceed.When we check the mask it looks fine however.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated!
