Have you ever tried to visualise CONN toolbox graph theoretical results in BrainNet? I have been struggling with this for several hours. I can do it by generating corresponding statistics in R manually (e.g. degree) and saving them as specified in example files, but I wonder if there is a more natural and easier way to do this.

Thank you for using our toolkit. Could you please send us an example file of your result and tell us the variable you want to visualize? We will try to find an easy way to convert these files.
