Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble running BrainNet on an updated ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS. When trying to run BrainNet from the matlab command line matlab crashes and I get this from stderr in the parent terminal:

Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-open.c: 221: dl_open_worker: Assertion '_dl_debug_initialize (0, args->nsid)->r_state == RT_CONSISTENT' failed!

This does not happen under ubuntu 10.04 LTS, or under gentoo. All systems are fully updated, and all are using matlab R2009b. It may be related to either of the following bugs associated with glibc

Ubuntu 12.04.4 uses glibc 2.15, 10.04 uses 2.10 and gentoo is using 2.17.
If anybody has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions, please let me know.
