Transparency of nodes / Single subject meshes
Hi all
1) Is there a way to map e.g. T-values to nodal transparency (alpha-value) instead of nodal size? I'd like to keep size equal for all nodes.
2) How can I generate single subject (native space) meshes that BrainNet can read, starting from a nifti or gifti file?
Thanks for any help - fantastic tool!
Cheers
Eugenio

RE: Transparency of nodes / Single subject meshes
Hi Eugenio,
Thanks for using our toolbox.
1) Brainnet Viewer doesn't support to map T-values to nodal transparency, we will try to fulfill this function in next version.
2) To our knowledge, FreeSurfer or BrainVISA can generate single subject mesh.
