Surface missing part.
I was recently confronted to the problem that with some overlay,
some part of the surface were missing.
Do you know why that is?

I used the CH2 surface template.
Im joining the functional file i used. This file was generated by SnPM toolbox.

The nifti file looks good. I'm concerning about the surface file
(*.nv). Could you please tell me if you have modified the original
template? And Could you please try any other template files (e.g.
BrainMesh_ICBM152_smoothed.nv)?

Hi, I found that the issue is because there are 'NaN' value in the
volume. I modified the main program to transfer the 'NaN' to zero.
Could you please replace your file with the attached one?
