Not draw nodes without edges
Hi!
I am plotting correlations matrices based on AAL atlas, but I would like that the nodes that don't have connections above the correlation threshold for edges are not displayed. Is it possible?

Hi Rebeq,
Yes, please set the value in fifth column to negative number for these nodes in the node file, then in the first part of the nodal option panel, set the threshold to 0 for the nodal size.
