spmT_0001 - Adjuting values of data range
Dear BrainNet users and experts,

Many thanks for this very interesting and beautiful toolbox,

I'd like to use it to display some VBM and VBCT results but I didn't find same results when I load the SPM t map on brain net than on SPM itself... Is it normal ? I've tried to change values that are load by default in the SPM t map, this changes the display, but to obtain visually similar results than in SPM I have to search for the best adjustment of values arbitrarily

So i would like to know exactly how to show the SPM results with this toolbox (I've also tried to put the con or beta images from the analysis but matlab bugged and close spontaneously)

I think that I just found a way to do, but if someone could confirm that this method is correct it would be very nice,

I've saved the SPM map using (all clusters) in a binary and it seems to work (but with values from 0 to 1). The saving option of all clusters in an "n-ary" image seems to work too and allow to adjust the data range according to the threshold used in the SPM t map. However the option of saving the thresholded SPM map doesn't work and close matlab.

Could you confirm that the use of these images are ok, Is it beter to use binary or n-ary images with adapted range ?

Hi, 

The spmT_001.img can be directly loaded into BrainNet Viewer, then set the range of t value, the volume will be mapped onto the surface. 

The differences might be caused by the mapping algorithm, try using 'nearest voxels' or 'interpolate' to get better visualization. 

Another possible reason is that the T map is corrected by multiple comparison in SPM but not in BrainNet Viewer. Try to export the corrected T map as Nifti files and input into BrainNet Viewer.
