iBEAT 1.1 release note Posted By: Yakang Dai - Feb 28, 2012Tool/Resource: iBEAT The 1.1 version of the iBEAT (Infant Brain Extraction and Analysis Toolbox) is released. The software was previously named LIBRA (http://www.nitrc.org/projects/libra/). Now it's named iBEAT. A bug causing the failure of brain labeling using the 0-1-2 infant atlas was fixed. Some minor bugs are fixed. The software has been tested on a large number of infant datasets and is stable. |
