Names of connectivity matrix .txt files

Dear all, 


I have a basic question regarding the connectivity matrix names. I am currently analyzing pre post connectivity. I have stored matrices of 24 participants in a single folder and named them VP01_pre and VP01_post and so on. Now my question is, how do I make sure that pre and post matrices of all 24 participants are compared? In the manual it states that names are recognized automatically, but does the program really identify "pre" and "post" as the two conditions? I have included my design matrix file and my contrast is [0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 -1] to get Post > pre. In the connectivity matrxi entry, the first file is a "VP01_pre".

Hi Ty, 


the files are stored in alphanumeric order, based on the file names. The rows of the design matrix should be designed to match this order. 


So, if we have files named pos01, pos02, pre01, pre02, then the first two rows of the design matrix will correspond to post and the final two rows will correspond to post. 


"pre" and "post" are not key words and the files are always orderd based on alphanumeric order.
