Node coordinates
Hello all,
I am new to NBS and am having difficulty with the MNI node coordinates. I have a .mat file with the coordinates for all 68 ROIs, but the program doesn't recognize it (see attached). Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Corinna,

What is the error message?

Have you tried providing the coordinates as a text file instead of a mat file?

Also, make sure your connectivity matrices are 68 x 68.

Hi Andrew,

It doesn't give an error message per se, it says "Node Coordinates: No". I have tried both as a .mat and as a .txt, but both give the same message. The matrices are all 68*68*9.

I'm not sure what happened, but after restarting matlab, the coordinates file is recognized.
