dynamic functional connectivity
First of all, thanks a lot for this helpful toolbox.
I have a question concerning dynamic functional connectivity matrices. I used the new proposed SINGLE algorithm (Monti et al. 2014 Neuroimage) to measure dynamic changes of functional connectivity in a simple choice reaction task paradigm (block design). This means, for each TR I have a connectivity matrix.
Now at the first stage, I would like to use a simple task ON/task OFF regressor (convolved with the HRF) to identify a unique network of nodes that correspond to the dynamic change between rest and task in a single subject.
Can I use the NBS toolbox for these kind analyses? Wouldn't be there a problem with doing permutation testing within a subject's run due to autocorrelation problems?
I would be very happy to hear your thoughts about this!

Hi Romy,
You will need to do a first level analysis where separate connectivity matrices are generated for each of the two conditions (i.e. On and Off) and each subject. These matrices can then be provided as input to the NBS with a repeated measures design.
