NIDB 4.1.5 Release Posted By: Greg Book - Mar 4, 2013Tool/Resource: NIDB - Neuroinformatics Database NIDB 4.1.5 has been released, with improvements to the pipeline system. A pipelinetest module was created which when enabled will run a pipeline through 10 analyses, exit, and disable the pipeline so that results can be viewed. This is very useful when debugging a pipeline. The NIDB installation at the development site currently stores 6,000,000+ analysis results, and queries take ~1 sec. |
