Tool/Resource: NITRC GForge Extensions

Seven years of custom development on top of FusionForge/GForge (http://fusionforge.org/) have resulted in the NITRC you see today. As an NIH-funded project, we are pleased to give the NITRC code back to the community at http://www.nitrc.org/projects/nitrcext/ . This latest release includes significant features and fixes from the past year, including improved linking to external repositories such as GitHub, svntracker support, anonymous SVN access, integration with nutch 2.1, and lost username recovery.
