This release primarily makes several improvements to the mounting of S3 buckets. In addition, NITRC-CE instances can now be found for AWS spot requests, and NITRC-CE can be instantiated using Vagrant (see https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=664 for the Vagrantfile).
