Python plots of nutil quantifier

Hi,


 


Thank you very much for establishing this pipeline.


I'm doing quantitative analysis using nutil v1.1 quantifier, and coordinates and reports files have been made successfully.


But there was no files in the "plot" folder. I installed pyhon and selected the Python.exe in Nutil Settings. I have already installed the packages pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.


Does anyone have the same kind of troubles?

Hi,


Sorry for the very late reply here. The plotting feature in Nutil doesn't work properly, unfortunately. It is best to make your own plots using Python or a plotting program.
