There is a bug in the newly released v2.603 in displaying 5D image stack series. This bug has been fixed in v2.604, which can be checked out in the source code form at

svn co https://svn.janelia.org/penglab/projects... v3d

and then run the respective build.max or build.linux or build.bat commands (or use CMake). For more info, see the V3D website or check the respective README files.
