Hi, I am using this program to analyse seed based resting state correlations.

1) Is there anyway to do a ROI to ROI analysis on the results? i.e. compare the functional connectivity of seed 1 to seed 2?

2) Is there anyway to do a group analysis across subjects? i.e. compare the functional connectivity of seed 1 across subjects?

sorry for the slow response, for some reason I did not receive this message in my mailbox.

1) You can just do the single ROI analyses, and subsequently load each ROI's .1D file that contains the seedtimeseries in matlab. Then you can do ROI-ROI correlations there.

2) No, we did not include group analysis scripts. We typically use FSL FLAME to do it (we run from the command line using flameo).

I got the same trouble in carring out the group analysis across subjects. Do you find the way to solve it. I will be very appriciated if you can give me some clues or detailed information to do the group analysis, such as one-sample t-test and two-sample t-test.
