i am doing functional connectivity of language area , using CONN
During this Process in Second level Result Page 
after ROI View Steps 
when i click Whole Brain i got an Warning Dialog :"Second- Level fixed effects voxel- level analyses not implemented "
and below error message is displayed in MatLab

•                 conn_process('results');
• Error in ==> conn_menumanager at 112
• feval(MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
• ??? Error while evaluating figure WindowButtonUpFcn

 

What should i want to do get my Whole Brain result .......and Result Page ,.....Need of help in this......

Hi,

I'm not sure I fully understand your question. What is CONN? I think you might be using a different software package than the scripts provided here. The scripts we provide are bash, not matlab, based.

CONN - fMRI functional connectivity

i am using above software to find the Structural and functional connectivity of Brain fMRI .....

in this software i had an problem in viewing  "second level analysis" on clicking  Whole Brain .......and show erroe messange
please let me know how to over come this problem 
are sujest me some other software for Structural and functional connectivity of Brain fMRI .....

I would suggest to contact Susan Whitfield-Gabrieli, the author of the CONN toolbox. http://web.mit.edu/swg/index.htm

She will be better suited to answer your specific question.

The scripts provided as part of the fcon_1000 currently do not handle second-level analyses.
