I have installed CPAC on my ubuntu laptop (i7*8 cores, 700 gb disk). I have also downloaded the nyu scans from the ABIDE datasets from this website: https://coins.mrn.org/#exchange
I went through these steps: http://fcp-indi.github.io/docs/user/subject_list_config.html to configure CPAC to analyse the downloaded data. Unnfortunately they are varied and not very easy to follow  for beginners. I also tried other approaches like: using OpenNeuro CPAC app (but it is expected in BIDS format). Is there any virtual machine image with the ABIDE datasets pre-existing ?
