In the CMI data dictionary (https://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/cmi_healthy_brain_network_working/assessments/sdsc.html), it said that the SDSC is administered to participants ages 6 - 15. But, the cited reference for the protocol mentioned that it was administered to the primary caregiver or guardian of the participant. Just want to double check if SDSC was self-reported or parent-reported.
