Dear BrainNet admins,

Thank you for your great toolbox.

I would like to use BrainNet for my connectivity network. I have obtained the .node file including the xyz coordinates from EEGLab toolbox and my network edges using NBS toolbox.

The problem is that when I plot the network in BrainNet using any of surface templates, some of the the electrodes are positioned inside the brain surface, which is, of course, wrong.

I have attached my nodes matrix. I appreciate your advice.
