I made sure that I used the correct settings for all scenarios. Especially since on the linux machine it works for a certain amount of time until a segmentation fault occurs, i.e. sometimes after 18 time points processed sometimes after 56. Other than segmentation fault there are no other error messages. While on a Mac with the absolute same settings, same data the segmentation fault occurs directly when starting the conversion. (On the mac I tested the TIFF conversion and the vaa3d conversion with fiji and then teraconverter conversion, while on linux I only tested directly with TIFFs, since it seemed to work, but fails after a while)
I checked out the git and the supplementary before writing here, the same as I tried two different computers with different OS.
And as I wrote I also tried building it from source on my linux machine yet though the build script runs through it fails to create an executable.
I have attached the console output from the build script in my first post together with some of the error screenshots.
