RE: Getting Terafly to work?
David,
I have just tested a similar case scenario on Mac w/o errors, but I cannot exclude the presence of bugs due to an older version of your software or some particular configuration of the input data. If you could somehow (Dropbox, Google Drive, ...) send me just one tiff file of your dataset, I would test your exact case scenario by replicating the single time point. Otherwise, we could first try to let you build the latest version of the software.
As to the errors of your build, the problem is related to Qt 4 (cannot find arthurwidgets.h). At this link you find another user who had the same error, and he solved by re-building Qt 4 with the demos. Alternatively, you can use Qt 5 instead.
I also suggest to open a separate thread for building-related issues. In this way more developers will see it and will answer.
