preprocessing scripts
Hello,
First of all, thank you for this fantastic resource!
From the PNAS paper: "Speciļ¬c commands can be found in the preprocessing scripts that will be released at http://www.nitrc.org/projects/fcon_1000/ on publication of this paper". Where can I find those scripts? If I may push my luck, it would be great if you could also make available scripts to reproduce your analyses.
Thank you in advance,
roberto
