Your request is very reasonable. Our plan is to release the set of scripts for image pre-processing and individual subject connectivity analyses for next Wednesday (March 3rd). Maarten Mennes has been preparing them for release, with the assistance of Clare Kelly (basically, trying to make them as straightforward as possible - they will be able to batch run the entire dataset).
