Thanks for the reply Alex.
I have spoken with Seimens software engineers that we have used to service our device for years and they are flat out refusing to install the software.  At first they were saying they cannot legally because it is not FDA approved for clinical use.  After a long discussion of explaining what functional MRI is and how we will be using it then it was just very clear that they just do not feel comfortable or know how to install and or download the software.
I have called Seimens multiple times looking for Functional MRI software and no one seems to have any answers.  I am at a loss of how to move forward to get this software into our system.

Any advice at all would be appreciated so that we may move forward with our use of it.
