Hello Mrs. Rebecca. You can perform the fMRI study in the SIEMENS scanner and then send the DICOM images to a personal workstation where you can install the FSL (or any) software to process the studies. -SIEMENS engineers usually wont help you with these things, it happened to me-

You can use dcm2nii from MRICron software to convert the DICOM images to NIFTI images, and then use the FSL version for windows (with a virtual machine) to analyze the studies.
