RE: Multimodal analysIs doesn't execute V 5.12
Hi
The problem still exists in WIN V5.14, just as in V5.12, it stops at its 2% processing
Here is the batch:
# Perform a multimodal analysis 'E:/sdm_meta/SDMdata/Drug/REST/B/MyMean_z_p.nii.gz' (copied from rest) and 'E:/sdm_meta/SDMdata/Drug/T1/B/MyMean_z_p.nii.gz' (copied from vbm)
# threshold with p 0.0025 minimum peak height 0.00025, minimum 10 voxels, options: [1,2,0.1]
E:/sdm_meta/SDMdata/Drug/REST/B/MyMean_z_p.nii.gz = multi rest E:/sdm_meta/SDMdata/Drug/T1/B/MyMean_z_p.nii.gz vbm 0.0025 0.00025 10 1 2 0.1
AND here is the log:
Launching Multimodal...
Launched: sdm multi rest, vbm, 0.0025, 0.00025, 10, 1, 2, 0.1
Running imgcalc: (imgcalc) [rest_pos_p] = [rest_p] * 1
Running imgcalc: (imgcalc) [rest_neg_p] = [rest_p] * -1
I ran a multimodal analysis in Mac Version, and it works.
BUT I can't understand what the results mean!
The results report title read "Blobs of ≥ 59 voxels with all voxels (value) ≥ nan and all peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" and the results table without detailed p value avalaible. What did "all voxels (value) ≥ nan" and "peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" mean? What is the (value) MEAN? Is it a SDM-Z value? It was rather different from the form given in unimodal analysis which I aquainted with (eg."Blobs of ≥ 40 voxels with all voxels SDM-Z ≤ -1.146 and all peaks SDM-Z ≤ -1.214")
Best regards,
