Thank you for making this software free. 

I am having the same problem (see input and error below), Windows64bit, version V 5.14. I have a question related to the difference between the manual and the program. In the manual it says I should enter a .txt file while in the program it says I should enter a .nii.gz file, like an image file. So which file should I use to the multimodal analysis? 
Also the files I have used are the probability maps.
