Firstly, thank you for your great tool, and your helpful documentation. 
I am working with some multishell diffusion data, and trying to build a DKI processing pipeline. I am hoping to eventually use the tool DKE (Diffusion Kurtosis Estimator) for model estimation, which requires the data to be ordered according to b value. I see that you have recently added an option to do this on conversion to nifti which is really helpful. I am just wondering if ordering the images at this point will have any influence on preprocessing. I am using FSLs top-up and eddy correction tools, and essentially I would just like to confirm that I can still use these tools after sorting my data by b value.
