I am trying to make a visualization of different areas that show hyperactivation for a review. So, I am not using personal surface files. I thought the best way to do this would be with the volume ROI. I am still a beginner with MATLAB and code and perhaps creating my own mask would be too complex? I've had difficulty troubleshooting this.

However, I am not sure which atlas is being used for the ROI definition in BNV. I am currently just going by expert eye to select the ROIs, but would like to know which atlas is being used for the ROIs 1-116.
