I am using MRIcron for instructional purposes and find that the latest version of MRIcron/NPM/dcm2nii 2MAY2016 does not allow me to do this in the mac os version. It works fine fir the windows version.
The specific problem is that when I attempt to overlay and select the file contained in the attached zip folder (e.g. ATLAS_LOBES.nii.gz) the associated lut file (e.g ATLAS_LOBES.ii.lut) is not accessed for colors assigned in the lut file. So the colors are all off/weird, although the structure labels are correct.  Again, it works well in the windows version.
Any input would be much appreciated as this has been quite a useful tool for instructing neuroanatomy, and I would like to continue to use it.
