Mapping the Desikan Killiany Atlas onto the surface
Hi Mingrui,
I'd like to map the desikan killiany atlas (attached) onto the BrainMesh_ICBM152.nv surface. After restricting the display values to those on the cortical region (999 to 2999) and set 'Flat' in Global and nearest voxel in Volume, the result is quite weird (attached). Is it possible to obtain in BrainNet something like this?

What I want is to represent the uptake values for each cortical ROI of the desikan killiany atlas.
