As noted on my slice timing web page, you can ignore the "multi-slice mode" field when determining the slice acquisition order. Your scan is clearly a sequential descending slice order, not an interleaved descending slice order. It is actually very hard to convince a Siemens scanner to acquire interleaved-descending (the "interleaved" mode is always ascending for Siemens product sequences).
