Hello there. I'm using the online NeuroMArVL app to display my adjacency matrices that I generated after NBS detected group differences in my analyses. I noticed that the connectogram can display just the nodes with connections but the brain image cannot - it displays all 246 nodes. I think the only way around this is to generate an adjacency matrix in MATLAB that matches the exact number of connections. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks, Liam.
